Hello My name is Rodrigo Silva. I started this company in 2010. I grew up in construction . My Father and his Father were Engineers. Building is rooted and I have a insatiable hunger for knowledge . I didn't make money for over 6 years but I always got better and learned. Having the right mentors was key . I bought my first home at 23 and several years later started building new homes for myself . You will know when someone does something because they want to and not have to . I am in Real estate and hold my class C GC License for Denver. I Love it when people have High standards, as do we. Concrete has to be my favored trade.
Saints are Certified ICF installers . We absolutely love this product , its almost 3 times more energy efficient than traditionally built homes . In Canada almost all of the homes built in rural areas use this product .60% of basements are typically done with ICF and 40% complete homes. We also have roof options as well as floor joist systems .

This product is D.O.D blast proof certified . A 50 cal BMG did not make it through a test wall. 13" thick R54 basement and main floor is 11" R49 Thermal mass

This is a decent size interior pourback that was for a Freddy's Frozen custard. Saints Services has done a good amount of curb and gutter, flatwork , ADA ramps and sawcutting on about 5 Tenant finish renovations for Freddy's . In addition numerous department stores , Churches and commercial projects. Saints has even got some residential saw cutting done .So don't hesitate to reach out about any project .
